<\/div>[\/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=”When is construction due for completion?”]Mid 2024[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What security does the complex have?”]The facility offers Palisade fencing to the front elevation of the Boulevarde, inclusive of a sliding gate. The Palisade fence also extends to the perimeter of the building adjacent to the residential buildings only.<\/p>\n

There is a sliding gate located at the front Boulevarde entry to be accessed by FOB readers. The sliding gate will be open during the day and closed at night. Owners will need to use their FOB readers at night to open the gate and roller doors to their storage units or warehouses.<\/p>\n

Communal Storage Area<\/strong>: Aisles & ramps \u2013 access by passenger and trailer, or light vehicle to 1 tonne only. Height clearance is up to 3.0m.<\/p>\n

Storage Units Internal:<\/strong> High clearances of up to 3.3 m at the head of the entry roller door.<\/p>\n

Industrial Warehouses Internal:<\/strong> Heigh clearance of up to 5m at head of entry roller door.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
